About the position:

Join the forefront of dealer aftermarket marketing at FCB Amsterdam, where our mission is to make an international impact. We're seeking a dynamic Team Lead for Dealer Marketing, dedicated to our valued client DAF Trucks / PACCAR Parts Europe.

Lead a dedicated team of 6 Marketing Advisors, ensuring over 600 DAF dealers across Europe and DAF sales organizations worldwide benefit from cutting-edge marketing tools and support.

In the role of Team Lead Dealer Marketing, you are pivotal in providing daily support to DAF dealers. Your team ensures that dealers fully benefit from the available marketing tools, acts as a central point of contact for questions and challenges, and functions as a driving force behind marketing and sales efforts.

Furthermore, your team plays a crucial role in the transition to e-commerce, enabling dealers to operate more efficiently and effectively in an increasingly digital world. Additionally, your team is key in implementing an innovative loyalty program for DAF customers, aimed at strengthening customer engagement and increasing brand loyalty.

What will you do?

·        Direct, coach, and develop a team of 6 Marketing Advisors

·        Work closely with account managers and team leads at PACCAR Parts in Eindhoven and focus on joint KPIs

·        In addition to your role as team lead, you will also provide support to the DAF sales organization and dealers in the United Kingdom

Job requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking

·        Proven leadership skills

·        Excellent command of the English language, preferably native. Dutch is a plus

·        Experience in automotive dealer aftersales processes is preferred

·        Strong in process thinking and an affinity with CRM systems

·        This is a full-time role with the option to negotiate a 32/36-hour workweek
