Head of Strategy

We are looking for a new Head of Strategy. A driver of growth. Growth for our clients and growth for our agency. A defining face for our company. Someone who, together with the CEO, goes out for new business. Someone who likes to lead. In short: a key person for a key position.

You are someone who is capable of advising our clients on marketing and communication strategy. You enjoy positioning and profiling our agency. You like to share your vision with both existing and new clients. You feel that you are an important representative, also in a commercial sense, of the agency.

The position

Our Head of Strategy leads the strategy department. Is often the first and direct point of contact for many of our clients in this specialty. Is co-responsible for new business and plays a very important central role in pitches.

Who are you?

•        You are a team player.
•        You enjoy stepping into the spotlight.
•        You have at least a Bachelor's level of education and thinking.
•       You have at least 10 years of work experience as a strategist at an advertising agency.
•       You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
